Over the next 6 weeks, a senior IT manager kicks off onboarding, and training. Meanwhile, we follow the project plan from the proposal and start augmenting all your systems to resolve all critical issues.
FROM DAY 43 onward
At this point your IT systems adhere to best practices. Issues and tickets are cut by half or more, and your teams will notice significant improvements.
You will meet monthly with your senior IT manager at Fusion to ensure the technology direction continues to align with business needs.
Meanwhile, our experts are constantly reviewing your systems. We’ll will find opportunities to automate manual processes and increase productivity while reducing costs across the company.
