Event Description: On September 10th, 2017, Hurricane Irma roared ashore at the Florida Keys, Naples, Fort Myers and eventually Highlands County, Florida. We have all seen the news: the Florida Keys looked like a nuclear bomb detonated the stretch of US 1 from Marathon to Key West. Fort Myers and Naples were left dealing with flooding from record-setting storm surges and Sebring, FL only got the power running after ten days in the dark. These are true stories and guess what, it can happen here in the GTA. Maybe not CAT4 hurricanes, but power outages from ice storms, record-setting snowfalls that cause the 401 to become the world’s largest parking lot and yes, not too long ago, we saw Go Trains flooded on the DVP. Tektonic wants to invite you to hear more about this story. Stuart Crawford is the CEO of Ulistic LP, a Sebring, Florida-based company, and he's coming to Toronto to share his experiences on how Ulistic made it through the largest hurricane to ever form in the Atlantic basin and help Toronto business owners be prepared. This is a must-attend event. Stuart and his team made it through Irma with only a few battle scars to show. He credits his planning and preparedness ahead of time, and he is going to share with you what your company needs to do today to be ready.
