Beneplan also operates a unique large buying group of company health insurance benefits called the Beneplan Employee Benefits Cooperative. As a large co-operative representing 20,000+ Canadians, we band our client members together to create this large buying group, which in turn allows Beneplan the ability to negotiate better rates and expenses from Canada's big insurance carriers. Our clients become member owners of the co-operative. One of the unique features of the Beneplan Employee Benefits Cooperative, is that it provides refunds of unused health, dental and life insurance premiums, and protects our client members against any shortfalls. Beneplan also provides human resources consultancy and drug advocacy services to help our client members manage the ever changing workplace environment.
