Hospice Vaughan is a non-profit organization, established in 1995 to assist those individuals and their families during the last stage of life. Hospice Vaughan provides culturally sensitive, non-medical supportive care to meet the needs of the chronically and/or terminally ill and their families. Programs/services are provided FREE to all residents living in Kleinburg, Maple, Woodbridge, parts of Concord and Thornhill.
