Smplyfit Wellness was founded in 2022 by Dr. Doriana Parkin who practiced family medicine in Vaughan from 2007-2022.  A fully online coaching company, Dr. Doriana teaches women how to lose weight, eat well, incorporate fitness into their daily routine and practice self-care in ways that are sustainable and long lasting.  She teaches women how to get out of the cycle of yo-yo dieting and ditch fad diets forever.  She empowers women to take control of their lives and become the strongest, healthiest versions of themselves by eating well, exercising, strength training and healing their relationship with food, despite being busy in their day to day lives.
